Experience/Skills Required:

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP);
Strong knowledge or/and experience with C#, Microsoft.NET (ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET, WCF);
Good knowledge of HTML/CSS (Twitter Bootstrap), JavaScript (jQuery);
Knowledge of Web Services, XML, UML, VSS;
Knowledge in Back End or/and Front End Development;
Overall telecom knowledge is beneficial;
Fluent English
