We are looking for dedicated and result-oriented Customer Support Representative to provide high-level quality support to our English-speaking customers.
Requirements:
– Higher education or last year student
– Excellent English, both written and speaking skills are required
– Good communication skills, attentive to details
– Work in shifts (morning-day, day-evening, evening-night)
– Night shifts are must
Main responsibilities:

– Support customers on-line via e-mails, calls and chats
– Handle and resolve customers’ complaints and requests
– Identify and escalate issues
