We are looking for General Manager Personal Assistant who is willing to become a junior Web Project Manager in future. We consider fresh grads from technical universities who are eager for coaching and ready for intensive self-education.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance in controlling web project’s’ deadlines, being aware of issues, initiating issues solving, driving the teams to solutions needed for the business
• Communication with external/internal customers
• Participating in development team’s stand- ups, creating meeting minutes, following up the agreements there
• Assistance to GM in organizing calls, meetings, business trips, business events
• Assistance to GM in solving different business issues
• Providing different kind of market researches, reports upon request
• Communication with different suppliers (banks, visa centers, etc.)

Required skills

• Should be highly motivated, organized and disciplined with multi-tasking capacity, able to handle; pressure without compromising work quality and efficiency
• Strong follow up, analytical skills with ability to make optimal decisions to meet deadlines
• Should be capable of dealing with people at all levels
• Should be ready for overtimes and routine tasks.

Required skills and background:

• Higher technical education
• Fluent English – must have
• Theoretical knowledge of web development life cycle would be an advantage
• Huge desire to work
• Great ability to learn fast
• Be willing to work overtime when needed
