SMART academy provides education in many areas. Traditionally the company chooses the most interesting candidates and invites them to evening classes, which are held in the office of SMART business by heads of departments.
Students pass the course of lectures about development on ERP/CRM systems (MS Dynamics AX/NAV/CRM) and afterwards are asked to solve several issues. According to the results of the learning process, which usually lasts two or three weeks, SMART business makes a proposal of a job to successful candidates.
To apply for SMART academy, you need to have:
• Higher technical education (student of 3-6 courses or graduates)
• Skill of use of programming languages (C/C++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Delphi, Pascal and others)
• Experience in working with databases
• Understand of enterprise business processes
• English at intermediate level and higher
• Personal characteristics: pesponsible, communicative, initiative, diligent, abele to quick learning of new knowledge, focused on results and teamwork

After successful completion of SMART academy, you wiil continue learning the system with personal coach and your responsibilities will be:
• Modification of the implemented system under the clients’ requirements
• Participation in the development of solutions to companies
• Writing documentation for the developed software
• Performance reporting
